2.1 Global commands

Command

VA<CR>

Description

- Returns the firmware version.

- Return Syntax: OK + Vx.xxxx + <CR>

- x indicates numbers for a firmware version

Example

If the returned value is OKV1.00<CR>, current firmware version is 1.00.

Command

MO<CR>

Description

- Returns current status mode in CS-CAN.

- Return Syntax: OK + x + <CR>

- x should be a number ‘0’ or ‘1’. (1: Active, 0:Configuration)

Example

If the returned value is OK1<CR>, current status mode is Active mode.

Command

RC<CR>

Description

- Reads CAN communication settings in CS-CAN.

- Return Syntax: OK+RC+(BS)+<CR>

- B  Baud rate

0: 83kbps 1: 100kbps 2: 125kbps

3: 250kbps 4: 500kbps 5: 1000kbps

- S  CAN Spec.

A: CAN 2.0 A B: CAN 2.0 B

Example

If the returned value is OKRC2B<CR>, current Baud rate is 125bps and it is

working with CAN 2.0 B Spec.
